HOW TO RUN A BANK: SIMULATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE ON BANKING IN THE 21ST CENTURY

In this learning engagement, participants are launched into an interactive journey designed to firstly “get back to basics” of how to run a bank by reviewing the fundamentals of value added financial services; secondly, they focus on how to place emerging trends into the competitive context of their markets to determine their market differentiation; thirdly, they discuss how to use a strategic framework to engage the organisation in order to move from strategy to action.

The learning intervention is based on a simulator and it can also be used as a team building event.
